These Terms and Conditions apply to all auto glass services provided at our in-shop location in Keller, Texas and govern the use of the Total Glass Solutions website and services. By accessing our website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services Provided
Total Glass Solutions provides in-shop auto glass services only, including:
- Windshield replacement
- Rock chip and crack repair
- Side and rear glass replacement
- ADAS-aware glass installation
We do not offer mobile auto glass services.
Appointments and Estimates
All services require an in-shop appointment at our Keller, Texas location.
Estimates are preliminary and may change following inspection due to glass availability, vehicle condition, hidden damage, or ADAS requirements. No work will be performed without customer authorization, which may include written approval, electronic confirmation, or verbal consent documented at the time of service.
Insurance Claims
We may assist with insurance claims; however:
- Insurance approval is not guaranteed
- Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance provider
- Customers are responsible for any non-covered charges or deductibles
We are not responsible for claim denials, coverage limitations, or delays caused by insurance providers.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Square or other approved payment methods. Payment terms will be communicated prior to service completion.
Cancellations and refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on service status, parts ordered, and work performed. Any non-refundable charges will be disclosed prior to service.
Warranty
We provide a workmanship-focused warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to full warranty terms provided at the time of service.
This warranty applies only to installation workmanship and does not cover damage caused by accidents, environmental conditions, improper care, or subsequent repairs by third parties.
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage
- Manufacturer defects beyond installation
- Vehicle misuse or modification
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Glass Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
